Dr. Ioannis Chatzistefanou is a Military Medical Doctor and Consultant at the 424 General Military Hospital of Thessaloniki (424 G.M.H.A.). He holds a PhD with distinction from the Faculty of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and serves as a Clinical Academic Fellow in the same institution, specializing in Surgical Oncology and Reconstructive Surgery.

He is also the Director of the 2nd Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at both the Athens Medical Center and Interbalkan Medical Center in Thessaloniki, and leads the Dental Implant Center of Athens Medical Group.

Dr. Chatzistefanou received specialized training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in:

• USA – University of Maryland – Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, Baltimore

• United Kingdom – University College London Hospital and Royal London Hospital

• Greece – Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH)

He holds the European Union-recognized specialty title in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, awarded by the U.E.M.S. (Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes).

Dr. Chatzistefanou has been honored with the “Award of Excellence” by the Faculty of Health Sciences at AUTH. He specializes in 3D surgical planning and computer-guided surgery using Individual Patient Solutions (IPS), providing cutting-edge, customized treatment approaches.
